Theodore Too was designed by Fred Allan and Marius Lengkeek and built locally. The life-sized replica features Theodore’s signature red cap, big bright smile, and movable eyes. Theodore was originally built to travel along the Eastern Seaboard visiting neighboring ports, but he has since made Halifax his permanent home.
