Charbroiled Striploin Steak
8oz portion of local triple ‘A’ red brand sirloin charbroiled
Served with rice pilaf and a medley of seasonal vegetables
(All steaks are served medium well - a little pink)

California Beef Stir-fry

Diced tenderloin tips sautéed with seasonal vegetables lightly coated with a California Citrus sauce. Served on a bed of rice.
